Who handles your information
The Owners’ Table is an initiative of Praizense, operated by Rahul Batish. Praizense’s team reviews introductions and organises the founding circle in Ahmedabad. You can contact us at contact@praizense.com.
What you share
The invitation form asks for your name, email address, business name, team size, and the question or decision you would bring to the table. We also save your contact consent, the submission time, a request reference, and basic browser information used to handle the request. Please leave out sensitive financial figures, passwords, and personal information about employees or other people.
How we use it
We use your introduction to assess the fit for the founding circle, contact you about it, and keep a record of the conversation. Agreeing to contact about TOT does not subscribe you to unrelated marketing.
Where it goes
Introductions use Praizense’s existing enquiry system. They are stored in Supabase. Resend delivers a receipt to your email address and a notification to the team. Delivery status is kept so failed emails can be retried. The public website cannot read submitted introductions. We do not sell your information or share it with other members as part of the application process.
How long we keep it
Introductions that do not lead to membership follow Praizense’s enquiry retention period of up to two years. You may ask us to delete your introduction earlier. If you join, we will explain any additional information needed to operate your membership.
Your choices
Email contact@praizense.com to ask for access, correction or deletion, or to withdraw consent to further contact. You can choose how much business context to share. Private circle discussions are subject to separate participation and confidentiality arrangements.
This website
The TOT form does not require an account or payment. Your form draft stays in the current page until you submit it or leave. We do not save it to your browser’s local storage.
