01 / The circle

You carry the business. Bring the question here.

Some decisions need a room beyond your team. A place to be honest, think out loud, and hear from owners who understand the responsibility.

Small by design. Personal by nature.

Room to be honest.

Bring the real question. The context, the uncertainty, and the parts you haven’t figured out yet.

No performance required.

Experience to draw on.

Think with owners who have built, changed, and tried things. Different businesses. Useful perspective.

More than another opinion.

A next step that’s yours.

Leave with an action you can own. Come back to people who remember the question and ask what happened.

A conversation that continues.
02 / The blue chair session

For a moment,
the table is
yours.

One owner. One important decision.
The full attention of the circle.

Your Blue Chair Session gives your business a dedicated place in the conversation. A facilitator helps you prepare, peers explore the question with you, and you choose what to do next.

The experience

Good conversations. Real follow-through.

A little preparation. A focused conversation. A reason to come back to what matters.

Bring your question
  1. Before we meet

    Find the question worth asking.

Prepare a short decision brief with the facilitator. Share the context, your options, and what feels unresolved.

    A clearer question
  2. At the table

    See it through different eyes.

Explore it with the circle. Test your assumptions, ask better questions, and draw on lived experience.

    A wider perspective
  3. After the conversation

Make a move. Come back to it.

Choose your next action and a review date. A scheduled check-in connects the conversation to what happens next.

    A practical next step
03 / A question at the tableIllustrative examples

Sound familiar?

Should I hire another person, or fix the process first?

The team is busy. You are busier. Another hire feels like the answer, but you want to understand what is really slowing things down.

Around the table

Where does work get stuck? What have other owners tried? What would need to change before you hire?

After the conversation

Choose one bottleneck to investigate, one change to test, and a date to review what happened.

Your decision stays yours. The perspective gets wider.

A few things to know

Before you
pull up a chair.

Good company starts with clear expectations.

Who is the founding table for?

Established owners who actively run a business, lead a team, and carry responsibility for real operating decisions. We look for relevant experience, a willingness to contribute, and the ability to commit time to the circle.

How are the ten owners selected?

We read each introduction and arrange a conversation to explore the fit. The aim is a well-matched circle: comparable responsibility, complementary experience, and the openness to think together. Commercial conflicts are considered as part of that process.

What does the commitment look like?

The proposed founding edition runs for 90 days, with five working sessions and a closing review. Each owner receives a dedicated Blue Chair Session. Dates, venue, session timings and fees will be shared during the introduction process, before you decide to join.

How do you protect the conversation?

Members agree to confidentiality, respectful participation and no unsolicited selling. Private discussions are not recorded. Each owner chooses what they share, and remains responsible for their own decisions.

Does requesting an invitation confirm a seat?

Your request starts a conversation. We review your introduction, get in touch, and explore whether the founding table is a useful fit for you. Membership is paid; the format and fees are shared before any commitment.
